There are seven categories for the brain exercises. While all of the Myfitbrain are designed to help improve your brain, the degree with which your brain improves is highly dependent on your age, current health, diet, and exercise. These exercises will stimulate your auditory cognition and processing. By consistently using these exercises your ability to discern between tones and nuances of speech will gradually improve. As we age, like many other functions in our body, our auditory capacity decreases. By exercising this capability, we can gradually increase the number of brain cells dedicated to discerning between sounds.
